Return policy

alfiebanks® will accept returns within 7 calendar days of the product order date and can issue you with either online store credit or a refund for the item. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition unopened with all original tags attached. You must first contact [email protected]. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted. Note all sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and unless we have made an error with your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Remember to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
